Gargoyle Wine Club is a subscription-based service. Wines and whiskies are sourced, and selected by our team of sommeliers. You can expect a delivery every month. Cancel or place on hold your subscription at any time before the first of the month.

It's easy. Select the subscription you want, provide your details once and you’re good to go. You can access you profile at any time and adjust your details.

That depends on you! We offer 2 bottle, 4 bottle, and 6 bottle subscriptions. You simply select which subscription works best for you. The Whisky club is a single bottle subscription. We have gift subscriptions and special offers too!

Not really. All we need from you is your preference to receive all red wine, all white wine, or both (which is most popular)! At the Gargoyle Wine Club, our Sommelier team selects the wine so you get to do the fun part - the drinking! Once you purchase a wine club subscription, your shipments will arrive on your, or the gift recipient’s, doorstep in accordance with our standard monthly shipping schedule.

Nope! Our 4 wine club subscriptions feature different wine selections each month, with 1 bottle of each included in the shipment. If you did want multiple bottles you just have to contact us at hello@gargoylewineclub.com and we can set you up.

We have an amazing team of sommeliers that select every bottle. They only choose wines they love from around the world, and do their best to offer a wide range of quality wines that over deliver.

When you first join Gargoyle Wine Club, payment is received for your selected subscription at the time of signing up. After your first month delivery, payment takes place on the first day of the month until you decide to leave the club. (We hope that won’t be for a long time!)

All subscriptions get prepared the first week of each month. We then allow for 2-3 weeks for shipping and delivery. Members who purchase a Gargoyle Wine Club subscription on or prior to the 5th of the month will be included in that month’s delivery. If you sign up on the 6th or later your first delivery will be the following month. By placing a subscription order, our members authorize Gargoyle Wine Club to engage, on their behalf, a common carrier to deliver the subscription. Gargoyle Wine Club makes no representation to the legal rights of our members.

Yes! The delivery carrier will require a signature of legal drinking age in order to make the delivery. If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine club shipments, we strongly suggest having your wine club shipments sent to an office or business address where an adult of legal drinking age is available to sign for the shipments. If you aren’t there to receive your subscription, it will be sent to the nearest Post Office.

Yes! We can help with that! Just email us at hello@gargoylewineclub.com and let us know what you are interested in. We’ll make sure it is available and organize shipment for you. Shipping is included with the monthly subscription, but not on additional orders. We will let you know any costs associated delivery to your area so there are no surprises. We love surprises but not unexpected delivery charges!

Noooooooo! Terrible news. Please refuse delivery if there are clear signs of damage. Contact us straightaway and we will refund any damaged items.

As soon as your subscription is returned to us we can send it back to you. A flat reshipping fee of $30 will be applied to the subscription.

Our monthly packages are sensitive to exposure to extreme temperatures. Due to cold temperatures over the winter months they could get damaged. To ensure you continue to enjoy your subscription, and in trying to find the best possible service for our subscribers, we offer two winter delivery options to choose from.

Winter Shipping Option 1 – Canada Post Shipping
The Gargoyle Team will monitor weather conditions and ship subscriptions to you when weather permits. Shipping windows will be communicated to you, and if we see a delay due to extreme prolonged cold, we will contact you.

Winter Shipping Option 2 – ATS Temperature Controlled Shipping Service
Gargoyle Wine Club has partnered with a temperature-controlled shipping partner (ATS) which ensures delivery is completed consistently during the cold months of the year for an additional charge. This option is for members that do not want to experience any interruption to their monthly deliveries. To opt-in for heated service, let us know that you are interested by emailing us at hello@gargoylewineclub.com Upon weather patterns returning to the optimal shipping range, we will return to our regular shipping with Canada Post.
